The challenge at hand was the obsolete and inadequate communication tools used by ADIF workers. The resulting app revitalized communication for Adif workers, offering a more responsive and effective means to connect and collaborate.

Road Map: this useful tool would help me to define and organize the research rute.
Research Questions: To explore all potential challenges associated with working and communicating within the company.
Venn Diagram: To compare and contrast all the information adquired.
Field Research: The most effective method to know internal communication among workers was through an on-site visit. In my specific case, the location I visited was Atocha-Cercanías.
Surveys with individuals connected to the subject: those affiliated with ADIF and professionals working in the railway field.
Interviews with workers and people related to ADIF and the railway field.
With the gather information I created a User Persona and its User Journey Map.
RESEARCH FINDINGS:
Workers generally find the technology of communication tools outdated.
The internal information transfer is outdated, leading to additional time loss for the workers.
Communication at specific times becomes challenging with the currently available means.
